Patient Portal

After you register for the patient portal at our facility, you will receive an email invitation to set up your username and password for the patient portal. The URL will be provided in your sign up email.

With TruChoice Diagnostics' Patient Portal you can view a summary of all your laboratory results. Any laboratory results from TruChoice Diagnostics will appear in your portal.

You can print or save electronic copies of your laboratory reports by clicking attachment icon that appears beside each test date.

Our secure web portal uses computer security to ensure unauthorized persons cannot access your personal information and results. Health information can only be viewed by someone who knows the username and password to log into the portal site. Once you are logged into the portal, you will have access to only your records. 

Steps to keep your health information secure:

1. Ensure we have your correct email address and inform us if it changes. 
2. We suggest you use a personal email account rather than a work email address as this information might be available to your employer. 
3.  Keep your password confidential. If you ever think your password has been compromised, we recommend you promptly change it.

If you do not see your results on your account please ensure you check the results and attachments tab on your portal.
